This 6E Club FAQ collects the questions players ask most often and answers each in a line or two, grouped into five topics: account and login, the app and APK, the game and its payouts, deposits and withdrawals, and safety, legality and support. Every pointer links to the guide that explains the subject properly, and the accordion at the bottom holds longer answers. If your question is missing, the contact page explains how to reach support.

Account and login

  • OTP late or missing? Wait two minutes, check network and SMS blocking, then resend once. Full fixes in the 6E Club login guide.
  • Forgot your password? Use the reset option; the code goes to your registered number, so keep that SIM active.
  • New player? Registration needs a mobile number, a password and an OTP, and you must be 18 or older. See the register guide.
  • Want to pause or close the account? Ask support through the in-app chat; details on the safety page.

App and APK

  • Where is the real APK? Only the source described in the 6E Club app guide; never a file forwarded in a chat group.
  • Install blocked? Allow “install from this source” once in Android settings, install, then switch it off again.
  • On iPhone? There is no iOS APK; play in Safari and add the site to your home screen.
  • Need to update? Update from inside the app or reinstall the latest APK over the old one; your login is kept.

Game and payouts

  • How does a round work? Pick, stake, lock, one digit drawn, every pick settles. A full round is walked through in the how to play guide.
  • What do 0 and 5 do? They pay Violet, and a Red (on 0) or Green (on 5) pick pays 1.5× instead of 2×. Worked examples in the colour prediction guide.
  • Which other games exist? Number draws, dice and rotating mini games; compared on the 6E Club games page.
  • Can results be predicted? No. Every round is random; charts, channels and “hacks” are scams.

Deposits and withdrawals

Payment questions reach this 6E Club FAQ more than any other topic. The short answers are below; the full guide has the status tables.

  • Deposit not showing? Wait up to 30 minutes, then send the UTR and a screenshot to support. Full checklist in the withdrawal and deposit guide.
  • How long does a payout take? Minutes to a few hours when routine; up to two days for first or large withdrawals.
  • Why was a withdrawal rejected? Usually a name mismatch, wrong account details or unmet bonus turnover; the money returns to your wallet.
  • Is a gift code free money? It is bonus balance with a turnover condition. How codes work is on the gift code page.

Safety, legality and support

  • Is it safe? As safe as your habits: unique password, private OTP, official download, in-app payments only. Checklist in the 6E Club safety guide.
  • Is it legal where I live? Rules differ by state and colour prediction is a game of chance; check your state and never use a VPN to bypass a block.
  • Someone called claiming to be support? Real support never calls first and never asks for an OTP, PIN or fee. Report it via the contact page.
  • Who runs this site? See the about page.

Frequently asked questions

The OTP for my 6E Club login never arrives. What should I do?

Wait two full minutes, check that your phone has network coverage and that SMS from unknown senders is not blocked, then request the code once more; repeated requests can trigger a cooldown. If it still fails, switch between the app and the browser, and contact support if nothing arrives within an hour.

Can I change the mobile number on my 6E Club account?

Usually yes, from the profile page, confirmed by an OTP to both numbers. Do it before you change SIM, because password resets go to the registered number. If the old number is already dead, support will need to verify you another way.

Can one person have two 6E Club accounts?

No. Platforms allow one account per person and per device, and duplicate accounts are usually frozen at the first withdrawal review. Keep one account in your own name with a matching payout account.

How do I take a break from the game or close my account?

Ask support through the in-app chat or email for a cooling-off pause or a permanent closure, and withdraw any balance first. The safety guide lists the warning signs that suggest a break and the free helplines you can call.

Does the 6E Club app work on iPhone?

There is no iOS app or APK. iPhone users play in Safari with the same account and balance. Add the site to the home screen for an app-like icon, and type the address yourself rather than following links from messages.

How much storage does the APK need, and how do I update it?

Keep roughly 50 MB free. Update from the prompt inside the app, or download the latest APK from the official source and install it over the old version; your login and history stay. Never install “latest version” files sent in chat groups.

Android says “app not installed”. What now?

Most often the download is incomplete or an older version is blocking the install. Delete the file, free up storage, download again from the official source and retry; if an old version is installed, update from inside it or uninstall it first.

Are “6E Club mod APK” or “number panel” apps safe?

No. They are unofficial files that claim to show the next result, which is impossible. They commonly steal logins, read SMS to capture OTPs or install malware, and using one breaks the platform terms.

Why does Violet pay more than Green or Red?

Violet covers only two digits, 0 and 5, so it hits two rounds in ten and pays 4.5× the stake. Green and Red each cover four plain digits plus one mixed digit and pay 2×, or 1.5× on the mixed digit. Higher payout always means a lower hit rate.

What happens to a Green pick when the result is 5?

It wins at the reduced rate of 1.5× instead of 2×, because 5 is a mixed digit that also pays Violet. The same applies to Red when the result is 0. A ₹100 Green stake returns ₹150 on a 5 and ₹200 on 1, 3, 7 or 9.

My pick did not go through at the end of the round. Why?

The last five seconds of every round are locked and no new picks are accepted, and a slow connection can push a late tap into the lock. Confirm picks at least ten seconds before the timer ends and check the history page to see whether the stake was recorded.

What is a UTR and where do I find it?

A UTR is the 12-digit reference every UPI payment carries, shown on the success screen and in the transaction history of Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay or your bank app. Support uses it to match a deposit to your account, so screenshot it every time.

Why is my withdrawable balance lower than my wallet balance?

Part of the wallet is usually bonus money from a gift or invite code that still has a turnover condition. Until that bonus has been staked the required number of times, only the rest can be withdrawn. Request the withdrawable figure to avoid a rejection.

Does the name on my UPI or bank account matter?

Yes, it is the most common reason a payout is held. The payout account must be in the same name as your 6E Club account, spelled the same way. A friend’s or family member’s account is usually refused as a fraud-prevention rule.

Do I pay tax on winnings?

Winnings from online games are taxable in India and platforms may deduct tax at source before paying out. Rates and thresholds change, so keep records of every deposit and withdrawal and check the Income Tax Department site for current rules.

Does 6E Club have a Telegram channel or a customer care number?

Treat chat groups and numbers that message you first as unofficial. Real support works through the in-app chat and the email on the contact page, never asks for an OTP or a fee, and does not sell predictions. Report fake agents on the national cybercrime portal.

What is colour trading, and is it the same as colour prediction?

Colour trading is a marketing name for the same game: you stake on a colour, number or size and a random digit decides the result. The word “trading” suggests skill or investment, but there is no market and no analysis that works. It is a game of chance.

Conclusion

This 6E Club FAQ is meant to save you a search: one line, one link, and a longer answer above if you need it. The detailed guides hold the tables, steps and examples behind every answer, and the 6E Club FAQ is updated when they change. If a question is still open, use the official support channels on the contact page, never a number that contacted you first.
